I have been training twice a week at the gym by running for two hours and cycling for one hour. I burn more calories than I eat, and when I think about this fact it makes my heart b-b-beat a few skips faster. I'm losing weight and the thought of this makes me feel so warm and comforted. I understand now that when I am my goal weight, I will be ( Read more... )

While I agree with it being a stupid addition to LJ, I also know that one of my friends who sits next to me in computer science designed, implemented, and tested it. He's mm1.

Don't set him on me to beat me up for saying his idea was stupid... but really, what is the point? Location... I mean who really cares that much? Mood is a good summary for what is to come, music is helpful for people with similar music taste... location just seems to be helpful to potential stalkers tracking my whereabouts via LJ!

What will be next? "Last time I crapped"?!

Well, he says that he can use the location thing quite well cause he does his LJing from everywhere on a laptop, so I can see his point. I can also see the point of someone who does so at a stationary computer - location, beyond the first, really isn't necessary.

And no, I didn't set him on you, I'm just noting that it's a small world.

Yes, it's quite fine for people with laptops! From a working class perspective though, it's not too smart. Usually, if you're in a different location anyways you tend to say it in your post. E.g "this fair is bananas, b-a-n-a-n-a-s!" or "JEEZ. Spain is so HOT."

I know you weren't setting him on me, I was being playful silly! Sorry for not giving feedback on your RPG, also. I'm not much for role-play but when I get home I'm going to try and download it :]

HORLICKS?
What's a Horlicks?
Anyways, Safety Dance is a good song that God sent to us to I dunno, DANCE TO!
In fact, I was pretty much all a flutter to find that I knew a large portion of the songs you listed, which is usually a rare thing.

Hahaha. I'm not entirely sure myself, but it's offered with the hot drinks like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, HORLICKS?! It's an old persons drink mainly, but I've two friends who've said they like a Horlicks before bed... but I never really cared to ask what a Horlicks was, lol.

It's funny, I'm listening to Safety Dance now. The very arrogant man of the band with the striking facial structure is actually gorgeous in an odd kind of way. Have you had the joy of witnessing the video? It's sort of medieval theme with a dwarf dressed up as a dancing jester.

I'm glad your heart was a flutter at my exercise mix-tapey thinger. My heart is also a flutter, but mostly because I have come back from a run and I'm about to have a heart attack.

Hmph, Horlicks. I should go to a hospital and ask for one. But maybe you have to be in the adult ward, ooer.

I have never seen the video, I am a very deprived person when it comes to videos, sadly, but I will try and pull some strings and see it.
Are you back and updating? That would be super.
