Today is the most important day in the life of every good inhabitant of this city. It's the day of its patron saint Sebastian, which it's named after (in Spanish, that is), and therefore as good an occasion as any to get drunk. Wow, that's gotta be fun. I mean I've heard a great deal about their Gay Parade...someday I will see it. :D

Straying into this journal via a friend, I had intended to just write and not comment. After I read this comment I wanted to say several things, most of them not even remotely nice. I then had a sit-down, drew a couple of breaths and I'm fine now.

I would just like to point out that since the writer of this journal is neither stupid nor American, it is likely that she knows of the 'joys of womanhood'. Allow people to have an opinion next time, 'girl'.

Don't worry, that's just my mom nagging...it was mostly intended for me, I just left it unscreened to make a different point of view available.
