i dream so inoften now.  perhaps it has to do with how little i sleep.  how little i sleep may have to do with the prescription amphetamines or with going to bed very drunk.  last night, though, i dreamt that several of my teeth were very loose.  i kept touching them to see how loose they were and was horrified at the prospect of losing permanent

You're completely right about the meaning of that dream. I had one very similar that I to this day remember vividly, and I wrote an entry about it. At that point in my life, I was utterly powerless. Perhaps we've cracked codes to God and we're deciphering messages from a higher being Patrick. Either that or we just really want to be sucking apple sauce through straws for the rest of our lives.

that was a pretty extensive list of tooth dream symbolism you found there. it's ominous that decayed teeth suggest health problems. mine were decayed in the dream. and loose at first until i got fed up and ripped them out. untrustworthy friends and health problems; sounds familiar and possibly related. i think i'll keep dreaming of tooth loss until god decides to prove his existence and benevolence by coming around and fixing this mess of a mudball. that's not to suggest that i have a great deal of faith in the works of man, however. my life has assuredly taken a turn for the better in the past couple of weeks. i can see much more clearly which very select few people deserve a little bitterness and sass here and there. even then, i don't come close to the irritability that used to twist my guts up in knots. it's like i can't bring myself to hate on haters anymore. too much work. i got a voicemail from dougie yesterday and had to root through my old voicemails to get to it, a true chore. i had two from nathaniel nash.

Nathaniel's a tool. He apologized to me a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say, it rang hollow, because I don't trust sociopaths like him and Sam. He then proceeded to talk about himself like the narcissist he is for the rest of the night. Yes, smoking would be fabulous. We'll have to round up the squad and get a superblunt one day.
