Early morning mist lingers,
Golden leaves sparkle in Winter sunlight.
Crows chase one another from branch to branch.
A sudden breeze causes a cascade of leaves to fall.
Startled deer run through the trees.
Stillness regained, a lone magpie flies past.

Pale blue sky.
Scudding clouds.
Bright Winter Sun.
Windblown Trees.
Dappled shadows on green and gold leaves.

Looking eastwards through the window I can see:

The trees, their leaves starting to turn golden brown.
Cobwebs shining in the sunlight.
Glowing streaks of rain driven by the wind.

The end of another tiring week, but mostly a good one. :-)

A nice sunny morning and in early to work. With luck I'll be able to get out early too!

Marvelous news, the terrorists have been prevented from interfering with BA flights by the simple expedient of cancelling the flights!

For now I'll stick with the oral method for consuming my booze and persist in the belief that red wine (like strawberry jam) "should not go up you arse". :-)

Having answered that one I then discovered that 'upyourbum.com' is 'Under Construction'

I think I should go and lie down.

Arrived back from Oslo last night and had to get up at 6:30 to go to work for ten hours. Got to do it again tomorow so it's off to bed now.....
