To go a complete week without use of video games, social interaction, internet, outward communication of any kind, or any form of distraction
I am to be isolated, alone, with nothing to do
And within this time I will more likely than not write down most of my experiences

I think im getting/am sick and I'm both relieved for a possible body cleansing and fearful of how it may affect state of mind.

Afterward, if it's nothing serious and I am no different than from when the symptoms began then I will be glad to have gotten some rest
