I got a new dog Jan 20th. Getting her was a little crazy. I started looking at the humane society web site in early December. In spite of having many dogs, 67 at one count, i was repeatedly told that none were a good fit for me and not even let in to meet them. They were too high energy. I had physical therapy today and then over did it by going to a store and making a return. While i was there I used a coupon and got a a sweater and blouse for $30. at Kolhs. I'm in pain right now and still trying to decide if it was worth it. It was good to get out of the house.

See my life hasn't become any more exciting the last couple years.

Happy new year. I'm thinking of spending more time here where I can write with a little more depth again. In recent years I've been pushed to the shallower and more toxic end of the social media pool by real life. He shows up half starved and hurt right before Thanksgiving and now this... Yesterday I wake up late to knock on my door. It's Jack, the guy who's supposed to inspect my house each month to make sure the person hired to help me is doing it. We talk and I sign my sheet. He's okay been to a vet and needs lots of food and water. I had the whole tale almost posted twice including how I spent the holiday and lost it. Just know everybody had been up there several times looking for him I thought for sure he got out. So now I have two cats. Take that podiatrist! More later.

So went to the podiatrist today and she was put off by the dog hair on my feet. They didn't look bad just had a little I missed from inside my one shoe. She told me I shouldn't own pets because it makes it harder to take care of myself. I have one cat and one dog you would've thought I was a hoarder.
