Bad and good news

So it’s leiomyosarcoma. This announcement Is not being made on other social media at this time. Margins and lymph nodes were all clean so I shouldn’t need chemo or radiation.

Funny thing tho, that I got a lung cancer not caused by smoking.

So what is the treatment if it's not chemo or radiation?

So what they've already done may be all they need to do?

I'm really glad it wasn't any worse... but yeah, still...

*hugs*

Yes sir, at least for the lung tumor. Ian’s done more reading about it than I have and he said they’ll probably want to take out my adrenal gland and thyroid because LMS can be dormant in a tumor for years. But those are both day surgery, no big deal. This was the only big mama surgery I’ll need.
