on friday i hit up the doctors. Affordable Medical it was called apparently and i guess it was. He looked at my vaccinations and decided i needed nothing and signed all my paperwork. only charged me 75$ which is standard visit charge. so i took it down the Homeland Security building and got it put on the guys desk. so this morning hopefully he ( Read more... )
