I am ill. As always, this means I have a chest and throat infection and feel generally washed out. Oh well. I don't have to do anything for a week or so, in theory, so it doesn't actually matter.

Gosh. I have filled out my dissertation proposal form and am about to sign away nine months of my life. The title is, 'Child oblation in France and the Anglo-Norman realm, c.1050-c.1150.' I will almost certainly narrow it down a fair bit. My sources are going to be mainly literary, which is nice, but there'll also be some ploughing through charters ( Read more... )
