There was drama last night which led to lack of sleep and tears shed.

Mark got me out of bed at 1:15am to tend to a cat who had been hit by a car and dumped outside our place. I say dumped because the poor guy was wrapped in a workman's reflective vest. Cat's don't normally wear those, and if he had I doubt he would have been hit.
