Went out to feed the dogs today. No problem with Houdini, but while I was feeding Toby, I realized the wind didn't sound right. Had this strange rattling sound to it. 12pm - Mom calls. Seems they approved the loan to refinance the house at 3.7% interest for 15 years. Yippy! Now they want to do an appraisal on the house ... say what? Yep, they'll be out in the next week or so, oh, by the way will the stem wall be done?
