Yesterday was a pretty interesting day at the psych ward at Mission. Got some good contact with several bipolar patients in the manic phase... very interesting. Yesterday was alot of fun. Mom called me in the morning and let me know that Bill was at the Etowah house that he has been fixing up and wanted to know if Howie and I wanted to come and look at it. I had a pretty good day yesterday. Roger took Pooky for the night, which was nice since he hadn't seen her since the night of the wedding. We discussed arrangements for this summer when she is out of school and he said that he wanted to get her during the week cause his hours are only on fri and sat. Its been a while since I have posted anything on here. Since being home from the cruise (which was wonderful)I spent 14 hours cleaning and rearranging Howie's room and moving in there. I had a fabulous wedding! There were a few little snags in the day but all in all it was wonderful! The only thing that I was annoyed with was the fact that lots of people that RSVP'ed did not show up. We still had to pay for their meal, even though no one came and ate it. My appointment in Asheville went ok. She gave me some Medrol, which is a steroid to clear up the hives that I got from going to the tanning bed. She told me that I was starting to have a flare and that I had ulcers in my mouth. They don't bleed or anything and I can't feel them. The Medrol is making me hateful. Last night was alot of fun. Only Jenn and my family showed up, but that's ok... mom and Elaine trying to talk over one another was noise level enough. I had quite a few drinks but I didn't get too drunk and I'm not hung over this morning. I decided to just stay the night here at mom's house. I did NOT sleep very well on the futon downstairs.
