*sigh* my LCD monitor has gone bad after less than a year. I hope Northwestern University drops their contract with Dell as I have yet to get ONE reliable system from them.

The laptop is STILL dead, except now in a new way (bad memory). That's right folks, DOA straight out of the packaging from the Dell service center. I haven't seen my Windows desktop in nearly a month now, despite two on-site service calls and a round trip to the repair center via FedEx.

Due to both happy (vacation) and sad (dead laptop) stuff, am returning to the Net for the first time since May 9. If you sent me email between May 9 and now, I will get to it. All else (Twitter, Facebook, LJ) from that time period will NOT be reviewed.

Would you submit to a strip-search before being allowed to board an airplane?

Blizzard announces new WoW features "in development" called P1mp My Mount (note the 1337 spelling) and the DanceBattle System.
