These dudes wake me up some mornings with the most obnoxious squawking I've ever heard. I don't mind it at all though. It takes me back to when I first woke to these sounds last April when I moved in here, to my own little place, and how great that felt. The thought makes me smile.

Exercise
I've added jogging to my exercise routine to increase endurance. I jog a bit after every boxing workout then do 2-3 miles on the weekend. I just did 2.5 miles in 30 minutes, so a 12 minute mile. This can be improved on but woah I just ran 2.5 miles without stopping! -

I've learned a valuable lesson about purchasing all the items you need for a project at one time. I'm about halfway through knitting a brown striped scarf and it appears the main color has been discontinued. Shelves are empty in stores so I started searching online.
