Taking a break
I've been doing some major seasonal cleaning today. It feels good to *really* get things into shape. I organized the closet in our bedroom, which had previously looked like an explosion had occurred in there. Now it just looks like we have way too much junk, and no where to put it. I hate our local freecycle.
I hardly ever post there, since the people are greedy and not helpful at all, but Sofie is sooo into watching movies lately. So I posted a "Wanted" for Disney DVDs, and very politely asked that if someone had children that had outgrown their movies, I'd gladly give them a new home ( Read more... ) -

Songs she can sing without assistance:

Can also count to 7 alone, and counts to 20 if you are counting along -
In a better mood now.
So, I saw the Dr. I have to take a single dose antibiotic (because Lyme disease is caused by a bacteria carried by ticks, or something like that) and watch for rash or flu-like symptoms for the next two weeks. Exciting. I may have the tick sent out to be tested for Lyme, since I just called the insurance, and they cover that test. Better safe than ( Read more... ) -

Just found that I've been bitten by a tick on my collarbone. Hooray.
I got it off, but haven't heard back from the Dr's office yet. They're on lunch. :S -

I am in the rare mood to trek up to a mile and take the Peanut (Sofie) to the park, and I can't find the f*cking baby carrier, and her stroller is in the trunk of the car ( Read more... ) -

Now I have all this money, I don't know what the heck to do with it! Gaaaah. Nathan gave me a bunch for my birthday, since I can never decide what I want (see a pattern here?! lol) and then I got $50 from the in-laws, and I've got another $40 coming on friday for babysitting.
