I wrote this earlier this year. But I think it deserves reiteration.
Lost in a drunken stupor
everything starts to matter
everything hurts more.
when you sit down and you read a book and it turns your life around
and you think
why can't I do that
and you write and you write
and you find out things you never knew you knew
and you feel things you never knew ( Read more... ) -
there in the scab where you pinched my leg.
I don't think there's anyone left in the world patient enough to deal with me. -

I rearranged and cleaned the crap out of my room today.
Possibly just a way to keep myself distracted.
I miss her.
And Christmas isn't Christmas anymore.
Tomorrow shall pass quickly, I can hope. -

I'm driving home
nothing in front of me but lines
and pavement
and a few pairs of tail lights every now and then.

an awful, awful wreck.
Torn, shredded metal
and blood.
"Oh god"
I mutter.
