Thanks as always!

Couldn't Shaoran have saved it until now instead of repeating it again and again before he came to Clow-koku?
Yes... CLAMP seems to be in an infinite loop of repetitions-to-words themselves lately, haven't they?

Shaoran: I don't know what I can do, but
Shaoran: if there's something I can do, I'll go.
You know, there's something about this Must-Do-Something mentality in both Tsubasa and Holic that fascinates me and at the same time... irritates me. What are the chances that Syaoran or Watanuki 'doing' something will make things worse? Okay, so with Yuuko's meticulous planning around, they are probably doing the right thing, but sometimes, it's like... 'no. actually, if Sakura said to stay put, maybe you should consider the idea before you jump into the fire.' Syaoran's words are giving me a sense of doom... Sort of like watching a horror movie, where you KNOW you should not leave the zombie lying there and assume it will stay unmoving... Anyway, rant ends xD

Sooo... how are they planning to get Sakura back inside, ( ... )

So does that mean it was the water calling Sakura in the first chapter, and not Fei Wong?

Good point. Though something is weird about all the deal with Sakura's powers and the post-rewind ruins. Back in chapter 143, wasn't that the "water grounds" that we saw? It seems a bit weird to me that the place would still be used in post-rewind Clow-koku, seeing as the ruins turned into a dig site that isn't exactly the safest place in the kingdom.

From the vague image I am not so sure that's the ruins, although it might have been a memory from the first time (like what I think with the feather Yuko sealed withing Black mokona that holds Sakura's memory of Syaoran)
