i'm tired of snow. the novelty has officially worn off.
it's too cold for me to leave the house for a walk, the air like icicles in my lungs. elsewhere in saskatchewan, four people are said to have frozen to death. each was involved in some sort of car accident, or simply had their car break down, and in the process of walking to find help they died ( Read more... )

i've been awake only for a few hours now - last night stretched out into today and i didn't close my eyes until after 7am. i slept all day and allowed myself. jake didn't have it so sweet and had to go to work on zero hours and that's something that still impresses me, something i can't possibly do (without falling asleep in the midst of it all).
