My father just recently bought an Android phone. The only problem is, he doesn't know how to work it. In trying to figure out how to work it, he accidentally called his sister. She didn't pick up, so it went to her voice-mail; and then he tried to hang up, but because he doesn't know how to work it, it just kept recording without his knowledge ( Read more... ) -

This guy apparently makes a decent living playing for tourists outside the Studio Ghibli Museum in Tokyo. He has a channel full of video game and anime arrangements, many of which he's put together himself, including basically everything from Miyazaki's movies.
Not a bad way to live. -
The Goat Rodeo Sessions
Saw this on Stephen Colbert a few nights ago, and then NPR had them on last night.
It's like a bluegrass fugue. Almost.
There's just something so joyful and expressive about this piece. It's pure music. I could listen to this for hours.
The rest of the CD is pretty awesome, too. -
