Day 62, evening, control room/personal quarters, attn. Peter, Kate, others [F]

Adam was quite pleased as he left his quarters. The day had been quite a success so far. The mission had been a piece of cake, he'd written his report in record time. He'd spend some time doing target practise and then went to the gym. In about half an hour he had a date with Kate, but he wanted to check in with Peter Grodin first.

Dressed in civvies he made his way to the control room. )

Adam joined the laugh, then knocked on the console in front of Grodin. "Well, then be persuasive, Grodin. People need more leisure time." He pointed his thumb over his shoulder. "Going to head home, too. Have a nice evening with your lady."

"Thank you. I sure hope to," Peter answered. "Have a nice evening yourself and I'll let you know about the other living space." He wondered if Elizabeth would considered a new living arrangement.

"Thank you, Grodin," Adam said and tipped his fingers to his temple in a mock salute. "Have a nice evening, too."

He nodded at the other man, then turned around and with a broad grin on his face left the control room. He wasn't sure what Kate thought about moving in, but if she was interested, they both could contact the Major and ask about a bigger space.

Kate checked herself in the mirror as she waited for Adam to arrive. She'd chosen a simple outfit that still showed a little bit of curve but it was what she was wearing underneath that she hoped to wow him with.

Pleased with how she looked, Kate went and settled on her couch content to just watch the snow.

With a pleased smile on his face, Adam made his way to Kate's quarters. They hadn't made plans for the evening yet, maybe they could watch a movie or go for a walk. It was still cold outside, but they didn't have to walk outside on the piers.

Attiving at Kate's door, he rang the bell and waited for Kate to let him in.
