Today our little girl turns 2 yrs old.  I know it's common to say - but I really can't believe how fast time flies.  It seems like just yesterday she was still a wiggly little baby - and here she is today: jumping and dancing and singing and talking up a storm.

So Madison will pretty much eat anything and everything....but I can't get her to eat any fruit. I cooked up some apples and sweet potato chunks together with cinnamon on it and she ate a few bites. She won't eat fruit that we cut up, she will drink smoothies with fruit in it though. Any other ideas to get some fruit into her diet? It would be so ( Read more... )

Okay - almost DAILY I get a comment from a stranger re: Emilia's size.  I am aware that she is tall and thin - ("lean and mean" as we like to say!) but COME ON does everyone need to point it out to me ( Read more... )

Okay - weird question!
Emilia has become extremely picky in the past few days re: what she is wearing - requesting specific pants, shirts, shoes and most of all: socks. 
For Valentines Day I found 2 pairs of socks at Target: monkeys w/ hearts and frogs w/ hearts - and if she's not wearing one of those, she screams bloody murder.  Granted - all we ( Read more... )
