Today I found out one of our sickest patients is the wife of one of my favorite doctors/professors. I nearly cried.

should i take a year off medical school and go to california?

i kind of hate this wonderful, amazing, fulfilling life of mine and i don't really know how to change that.

josh says i'm more depressed than he is even though i have nothing to be depressed about and he has everything. i don't know. i just know i hate myself like this.
