i think the worst thing of 2009 was that Ali and I stopped talking entirely. I miss her terrible and I wish i wasn't such a fuck up and ruined any potential for a friendship we may have had. and, she still owes me money. that's $150 i'll never see again.

i think this whole making friends in med school was a brilliant idea. and my only regret is not starting it 2 years ago. i've missed out on quite a lot. they're generally a good bunch.

pre-thanksgiving dinner was a definite success.

Why can't things just be like I want them to be? I know I'm not asking for too much. This f-ing sucks.

today liz said that because i'm blond and thin everything should just be easy for me. how wrong she is.

i've been toying with the idea of seeing a therapist for a long time. i think maybe it's finally time. the fact that i'm only happy when i'm at work is pretty horrible. i just have no more motivation to make things better, so instead, they just get worse. and i'm getting tired of it.
