Birthday thanks!
Thank you to my dearest flist for all the birthday wishes! You are all gorgeous and I wish you were here in person. I had a lovely day. My family's gift was a barbecue for my patio, so we had some family and friends around for food and drinkies. Had morning tea with mum and Rorykins, and watched an episode of Sherlock, so an all-round spiffy day. : -

Rory's first word, I think, is.... *drumroll*.....
'duck'.
Also, 'cwac-cwac'. I sing her Five Little Ducks when she's in the bath, and she has duck toys, so it's not surprising really. -
Birthday baby
Happy first birthday to my precious Aurora! We went out with Mum for a waffle this morning, did some shopping, had a walk in the sun. I've made her a butterfly birthday cake, but it's in the freezer until her cousins can visit and help her blow out the candle. :) -
