My time at the Outback is finished. I leave for South Carolina early in the morning. My roommate won't be there until Saturday, so for almost a week, I'll have to figure things out on my own. i often find myself very sad and angry that i have to go to work everyday at Outback (or any other trivial-bill-paying job I've had) because I work myself up over the fact that it's not what I want to do, and the thought of having a job I don't like just to pay the bills makes me sick. I had my 3rd interview at the Outback yesterday, got the job, but now I have to learn the entire menu, go back sometime next week to take a test (and get 90% or better), do 2 "classroom" days where they teach you everything, and then do 4 days of actual training with a server.
