5 days?

Are we going to be rescued in 5 days? Maybe it's a new kind of light flare rescue thingy, to better to spot us with, and it'll last for 5 days. Whatever, I'M GOING TO IGNORE THIS.

So we've been here for a while ... and I never took the chance to simply appreciate my surroundings. Last night, I forgot how beautiful the milky way can be when there's no lights around you. You couldn't see it on the cruise ship, since the lights were always on, but here on the island, in total darkness, it's really beautiful.

This day just couldn't get any worse, could it? I mean, the ship sinking is already traumatic enough - the ship messing with your head is another thing. Seeing your best friend get slammed in with a piano just makes me want to cry.
