Wednesday night I made some wheat/pumpkin bread but either must no't have had the oven hot enough(which is why I prefer baking bread on the grill, it gets VERY hot and contains the heat--too bad there's snow impeding the path to the bbq...) because the bread came out doughy and uncooked in the center.
