Wednesday night I made some wheat/pumpkin bread but either must no't have had the oven hot enough(which is why I prefer baking bread on the grill, it gets VERY hot and contains the heat--too bad there's snow impeding the path to the bbq...) because the bread came out doughy and uncooked in the center. For future bread making, you might want to get an oven thermometer. That way you can see the difference in temperature between what is displayed and what is actually happening in the oven, and adjust accordingly.

Unless, of course, the oven is already at its hottest. In which case, um, yeah, I've got nothing.
