as much as it puts me through, i don't want things to change. i don't want everything to fall apart. i miss the summer.

the man that lives upstairs was on the front porch with my 84-year-old aunt when i came home teaching her to waltz. she taught him how to do the cha-cha. then he brought me down an illustrated dictionary that i can look at while i'm in town.

i slept on my back porch on a lawn chair. it was cold. and also, i'm living in a parallel universe. wheel number 7.
