So this year was my first time attending Ohayocon. It was pretty awesome! Heather and i did Miyuki and Natsume from Your Under arrest on Friday and it went over really well. so i had the building inspection today at the house i am buying in st. ann, and the inspector found that there was some significant termite damage present. if the seller doesnt aggree to treat the termites (kill them), replace the damaged wood and install a termicide treatment shield to prevent more termites, and fix a small crack in the basement ( Read more... )

ok so i got in touch with the hotel and they gave me the run around, but i had to re reserve the room. anyways, all is good now. i just wanted to tell anyone who is interested to hear that i got a new job! hell yeah! no more overnights or papers! horray for me! it pays good to and had great benefits and tuition reimbursement and LOTS of room for advancement, and since i will be buying a house in st. charles, it will be only about 10 minutes away, so im really really excited
