Your body reacted to pleasent sensations. Humans ache for touch; holding hands, brushing sides, hugs, kisses, they are all the same to us. It may have felt romantic but maybe your body was just reacting as usual and because you have been a bit on guard lately, it seemed like something more then it actually is.
