So I'm in a pickle. I've done everything right. I run at least 3 miles everday. I don't have a car so I walk EVERYWHERE on campus and through the city. I fast for two or three days and eat on the third. I have only salad or fruit. I'm taking vitamins, drinking lots of water. WHY CAN'T I LOSE WEIGHT????? you might be plateauing right now...your body is having trouble dropping more weight if it has recently dropped a lot already...just keep doing what you are doing, your body will readjust and catch back up...in the meantime, im trying to get to 114 by valentines, so it looks like we have similar goals...want to keep it up together? it might be easier for us both!

Ok gotcha. I'm on mega T pills too. I switched really recently from metabolife ultra to these. Do you feel they've been working for you so far.

thanks for that post :) warm and fuzzy feelings abound! anyway, i agree with what mask_me says, your body is just plateauing. the body takes a while to recognize the continued weight loss, so don't be worried if you stay at the same weight for a little bit, once the body enters the ketosis stage, you'll be set. i wish you a wonderful, calorie-free week < 3

Change your routine. This personal trainer I know says that is the BEST thing you can do when you plateaue. Like go swim laps, dance, or have a lot of sex (just kidding). You will SO get there. Just remember you goals and you can do it!

Thanks! I bicycled today instead of running and then did the elyptical so hopefully that change will do something. Maybe i'll swim tomorrow! Good idea! GOod luck to you and your weightloss!
