Okay, so I decided I'm going to start doing sit-ups to lose my belly, and I want to go out and run everyday. I have to jog on Monday, so why not start a habit and run every morning before school? I'll get up a half-hour earlier than I already do and go out for a jog to wake me up for the day, and get in some exercise
