It's been a while! Life just seems to move along here with nothing much to report. Kids are doing well, Jack and I are doing well. all over the place
My allergies have kicked my butt this year. I've noticed that I'm much more stuffed up when I'm downstairs in our basement family room. Maybe it's the carpet? Now to find an alternative to carpet for a basement floor. Maybe cork over a dri-core sub floor? I was referred to a respirologist and will see what he has to say. ouch
Last week we made the decision to put our 15 year old dog to sleep. She was mostly blind and deaf, had stopped eating her food, wasn't drinking enough, had lost a great deal of weight ..... it was time. We spent the week feeding her soft food like hard boiled eggs, hot dogs, and cooked turkey. I had to give her water with a syringe several times ( Read more... ) -
