I'm the guidon bearer for my new company. I kind of got "hey you'd" into it, the old one is getting out of the Army, and they asked for a new guy to do it. Traditionally some E-2 or lower ranking person is supposed to do it, so I did it for a few days, and then they found a private to replace me.
