knees are killing me, totally exhausted from the 90 minutes of sleep at a time pattern I've developed, sick to death of trudging through snow

Sometimes it seems that most of the world is just existing instead of living.

When the hell did I become one of them?

I have bad knees. Years of abuse has made them so, the right is worse than the left. Lately they've been getting much worse at a faster rate than usual.
