ABC cooking class stuff - In conclusion, will never be able to set up a yatai and sell takoyaki if I were ever broke and needed money, I guess. Adapted Maangchi's Mul Naengmyeon recipe for a friend who can't have beef and subbed in pork shabu slices and added wintermelon in addition to the pear and cucumber. Made a hopeful attempt to get back into reading paper books again. The wonderful part about ebooks is that it provides immediacy and auto-bookmarking functions. The not so good part is that not everything is available as an ebook to me.
