I realized a few moments ago that I have never actually read the full text of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s I Have A Dream speech. I was checking Megatokyo to see if a new comic had been posted when I noticed Dom's rant at the bottom of the page. Great speaches do not a great president make-what did JFK really do? Most of that good stuff was really LBJ's (talk about somebody who was hung-down, brung-down, strung out and all kinds of things there...) deal.

True, I agree completely. Speechifying is just talk. We'll see what he actually *does*.
