I've handed food control over to my parents. My therapist has given them a meal plan and im going to stick to it for at least a week. If I gain I'll stop obviously but I don't think iI will. why do I still feel fat when i am skinnier than I was when i was at school which was 2 years ago? almost 7.5stone now and yet i still don't think im skinny. its soooo annoying, the scales keep going down and yet im never happy with it. eugh when will this stop?
