I transferred to a higher volume interstate store four months ago and received a promotion. I am now working on my pdp for ASM. We have a really hard time selling whole bean due to the proximity of our store. My store shut down for a week for renovations. Part of what they did was move the bar back slightly and completely redo all the woodwork and counters around it. We came back in yesterday to clean and unpack, hours after they were all supposed to be done. They were a full day behind and when we left, they still had parts to do. Saying you want your coffee (I've even heard lattes be referred to like this) "light 'n sweet" sounds trashy and is not a Starbucks term. Same goes for "frappes", and calling all of our breakfast sandwiches "McMuffins". Customers, please stop.

McDonalds and DD are fine, but please go there if you want to use their terminology.
