Today we were over at Jake's grandparents' (Papa's, and Mary the step-grandma's) house. Mary was showing us pictures of her recent trip to Florida. It is perhaps her greatest ambition in life to live in Florida. Luke is cooing a lot (though I never really liked that word, I guess that's what it's called). He's extremely vocal, and has been from a really early age, apparently, according to those baby development bibles. Do you ever find yourself just standing at the kitchen counter and eating, grazing like a horse, with no inclination to take the food and go sit down? I'm pretty sure that's weird, but I've been doing it, and I have a sudden curiosity as to whether anyone else has this particular (peculiar?) habit.
