What's Been Cooking This Week?
Sunday: Meatballs with home-made spaghetti sauce; frozen mixed vegetables. (Lunch the next couple of days featured yummy leftover meatball sandwiches.)
Monday: Oven-baked salmon cakes; green beans.
Tuesday: Eat Out (Soup at Mom's house; followed by a most excellent hummus plate and hoppy ale at Schlafly Bottleworks with friends and family.)

Cold night
It's only 8° F right now. Even though turn the heat up in the house, much cold is coming through the windows. My feet are so cold my toes hurt.
Really hoping the university cancels classes tomorrow. I don't want to have to go outside! -
What's Cooking at Aglarond
We still have leftover jambalaya in the fridge, even though everyone says it's very good. Hrrmph. People just don't eat around here....
Sunday: For the life of me I can't remember what we did for dinner on Sunday. Probably ate leftovers.

My cousin Dan Ziskin is in town! He's just driving through, but I'm heading out in half an hour to meet him at Waffle House for breakfast.
