That was amazing! I didn't expect Marcus to push the way he did, he was amazing in it, and Esca, admitting he doesn't blame Marcus as much as sees him as a reminder of what he's lost ♥ And the hot ending!

That was gorgeous, as always. I particularly love how you've written Esca... there are so many layers to all of these characters but I like that we get to really see what's going on in Esca's head and his heart, and how everything's twisted up inside him, for better or worse. Incredible storytelling. I seriously just <3 you so much right now... can't wait to keep reading the saga as it unfolds. :)

Thank god for Marcus' single-minded obstination! I love seeing Esca so conflicted.

Also, if Esca goes on with his plan to use Janice's sister as a cover, I am hoping for some displays of jealousy on Marcus' part... :P
