This weekend and today so far
Ive been lacking in the blogging stuff, today i had a break down/ panic attack early in the day and started crying on the phone for 20 mins to someone then right after i had my session with my therapist and needless to say i was emotional during that crying and getting out my feelings, were making good progress but getting over this is going to ( Read more... ) -

Well im supposed to start blogging again, my therapist thinks it will be good for me to get my feelings out.
