Damn. That's crappy customer service. I hate places with bad customer service and will pay more for products from stores that have great customer service. The product is only half of what you are buying. You are also buying the guarantee that the seller stands behind their customers and their products and will do whatever it takes to get you back in their store. Obviously, BabyAge doesn't care about its customers.

I will definitely tell all my friends with babies that the customer service at BabyAge is lacking...to say the least.
