But I am sad and don't know why.

I've been doing that recently... but overall I'm a happy person.

I think sometimes we are sad and know exactly why...I think our brains just sometime...put things in the background until we are ready to deal with them. When you're ready to deal with it...then you will know why you're sad...and BTW(By The Way)...I think you already dealt with the issue, that's why you're sad...you feel bad.
