Computer Crap
For the last two+ weeks my desktop PC has given me fits. One round after another of freezes and random reboots. In particular neither Norton or Webroot would do their thing. I added Spyware Doctor, and really couldn't get it to do its job either ( Read more... ) -
Strong Verse
Woke up Monday morning this week to find an email from them telling me that they were buying a poem that I submitted just after Christmas. This is both the fastest I've ever heard from them, but it's also they first one they've bought for me.
Two major sales within a week! Whoopies! -
Strange Horizons
I got an email Monday morning telling me that they were buying my poem, "Inter-Sentient Personal Ads". This is my first sale there, I've been trying to crack it for three years, so I feel pretty good about it. -

Writer's Block: New lease on life
When I was seven years old we found out that I had kidney cancer. This was in the early 60s. I was cut almost in half by the surgery, and had weeks of radiation therapy.
