The Tudors
Because of watching 'Desperate Romantics' it has wanted me to watch more costume dramas. For the last few years I have heard of 'The Tudors'. It's one of those series I have been meaning to watch, but never got around to it. Finally I took the plunge and got Season 1 out from the DVD Library. Desperate Romantics
I am so loving 'Desperate Romantics' being shown on the ABC ever Sunday night. The costumes, the quirky humour, history, and dare I say the very handsome guys, especially actor Samuel Barnett who plays John Everett Millais. Also lovely to see actress Zoe Tapper who plays Effie, know her work from 'Survivors' . The DVD will be a must to purchase ( Read more... ) -

Party Report
Last night we went to Andreas birthday party which had a Halloween theme. Driving on the way to his place we saw the odd crowd walking around in costume. I feel Halloween is defiantly crawling into the Australian culture. Which I personally don't mind because I love the decorations and costumes.

I was a teenager last night, but today I'm feeling my age.........
Errrr I'm so tired and was a little seedy this morning when I was in the car when we had to go to H's clinic to check on animals. But now I'm a little bit more human.

Crochet and Skateboarding.
Mr. Chip and I went to one of his fav skateboard parks to do a little scooting (YMCA Skateboard Park on the banks of the Yarra River). As you can see I filled my time with crochet. :-) It was wonderful to sit in the sun and hopefully get some Vitamin D into me.
