Well, everyone else is posting about the Quidditch trials, so I suppose I will too. They went pretty well, I think, though I did see a few younger students consume rather unhealthy quantities of mud after face-planting several times. All I can say is, I'm glad 5th Years aren't being paired for classes. I'm not sure whether these assignments will foster any Hogwarts unity, though I suspect the numbers showing up for the Dueling Club will double. I'm getting settled in, finally. Gods, but it's good to be back at Hogwarts. Seeing everyone again after being holed up in the Burrow all summer was excellent. Mum got me a kitten for making Prefect, everyone say hello to Hestia Stockmuffin (Luna named her, don't ask. You should have heard it before Neville toned it down a bit...).
