hey! that wasn't my cousin i was just one of the people to reply because it sounds too good to be true, although stupid me HAS to go and try it. I started it off last week for about 4 days then got really sick so i'm starting again and today is my first day. i'll keep track of my weightloss etc for you and add you to my journal, so i can put it to the test! then tell u if its worth it or not. otherwise you can join me and we can support eachother?!! let me know b :)
it was just a commmon cold that had been going around at the time so don't think it had anything to do with the diet. i just hope all of this is worth it in the end!! sacred heart today.. already over fruit ( which i usually love) but after the 18th june i'll let you know my progress. i'll add you to my journal too so u can see my posts ( if i make any lol)

Hey...Im Bronte....you left a message on one of my postings... Well...to loose the weight I was really strict. I had an apple for breakfast...and then mid morning I had a jug of green tea with an alpen bar....for lunch I had a Slim-a-soup (low calorie and fat cuppa soup), and a couple of rice cakes...in the afternoon I had another jug of green tea with somthing like an apple or low fat yogurt...and then for supper I had home made vegetable soup. And Basically did as much exercise as pos...but somtimes I did none coz I had exams and so was revising. Its also important to do sit ups and things to be toned. And drinking water....life saver...iv bin doing really bad atm and binging but i drink soooo much water...like 4 litres at a time..and it makes your weight still drop! Good luck.. xoxox

aww thanks so much for this. your plan sounds good.. i love apples and rice cakes haha so i'll give it a go. thanks again :) also what kind of exercise were you doing and for how long etc?
