Excercise!!

Hey hun, Well, any form of exercise is somthing! I like to run personally...with loud music! I get so stressed and it really helps relieve tension! But I read somwhere that it dosnt matetr is u run or walk, its the distance that counts. So say you run 5km or walk 5km appaz its menna burn the same amount of calories! But i duno! Anyway...Gud luk. xoxo
I'm going to respond to the comment you left me in my journal here, because I don't like to have a weight-related discussion in my regular journal unless it's on my JUDDD filter, because it upsets some of my friends.

it took me about three weeks actually, because I wasn't able to exersice and I was forced to eat in many situations. mainly I drank coffee as a meal and when I felt like I needed something to snack on I just smoked or chewed gum. you generally just need some sort of oral sitmulation. If you are more active than I was then and arn't around family gatherings ect. It should work alot better for you.
i'd love to be friends :) I've actually heard that exercise can be detrimental to your body during times of severe restriction because there's already a lot of stress on the body and it only serves to mess even further with your metabolism, so you probably got better results from not doing so much of it! I live at home so I find that part difficult but I'll give it a go <3 b
